I am an entrepreneur, adventurer, and sought-after speaker and facilitator dedicated to fostering human connection in an increasingly disconnected world.

With 27 years of entrepreneurial experience - with all of the accompanying failures and successes - I have built and scaled multiple ventures, but my true passion lies in helping others cultivate lives rich with meaning, community, and deep relationships.

As the founder of Wayfinders, I  set out to create the kind of event I wished existed: one that captured the personal growth of a high-level entrepreneurial retreat but felt more like a summer camp for the soul than a conference.

My immersive adventures help successful entrepreneurs break through isolation, forge deep bonds, and reconnect with their inner essence.

My passion for connection is deeply personal. Having struggled with profound isolation and depression earlier in life, I know what it’s like to feel alone, even in a crowded room. My journey from disconnection to a life rich in relationships fuels my mission: to eliminate loneliness and create a more connected world.

A lifelong adventurer, I have biked across Greenland, lived with indigenous tribes in the Amazon, and ridden alongside nomadic herders in Mongolia. My global experiences shape my interactive, story-driven keynotes, leaving audiences not just inspired but transformed.

When not speaking or travelling, I cultivate community in my hometown of Toronto, trying to have as much fun as I can with my 3 kids while they still want to hang with me :)
